Our home inspector's report will tell you about any major deficiencies or safety concerns and about systems that are not properly functioning.  The report will describe where the utility lines enter the house, what systems use them and how the systems work.  It will include a comprehensive budget to replace systems so you can anticipate what you can expect to invest in your new home within the next three years.

We will provide you with the report at the time of the inspection. The report will also include maintenance tips.
